3 Prophetic Words for School Leaders in 2018

School Culture School Leadership

Welcome to 2018! Our prayer is that this year, every school sees and carries breakthrough like they’ve never seen before! We are believing new heights and depths in the Spirit for each of your schools.

Once again, we took some time to ask the Lord for some prophetic words for you and your schools. We pray these prophetic words bless and encourage you to new levels of intimacy with the Lord.

He Is Perfect

What He is doing in the earth often begins in small and lowly places. Justice spreading to the nations begins in hidden places. Quiet, un-“revival” looking places. Perhaps frustrating places.

But whatever is born of God overcomes the world.  His Justice spreads, it reaches to the coasts, in every direction, like wildflower seeds in the wind.

The Lord’s Justice is His Way of Being coming to earth, bringing revelation and revolution in gentleness and kindness and holiness.  He does nothing apart from His kindness. He does not begrudge us our process, and He is not ashamed of our fight against hopelessness. He’s not faint.  He’s not discouraged.  He’s not running out of time. He hasn’t lost His enthusiasm, and He is undeterred when we can’t match His. His heart towards us is a constant invitation to connect, to be fiercely loved and miraculously strengthened.

In 2018, we may feel like we’ve barely caught our breath from the race we ran in 2017. And He has more things to come! Things that will stretch us, ideas that will astound us, relationships that will shape and ground and change us, encounters with Him that will expand us and our hearts’ capacities. It can feel overwhelming.

And yet.

His timing is perfect, His plans are perfect, His hope is perfect, His ways are perfect.  He always has enough for us, in this moment, to do what He’s asked us to do and to be what He’s asked us to be. Whether we know what’s at the end of the race or not, we can always run the path He lays before us.  No other markers matter.  Lean on Him, knowing you don’t know all the answers. His hope is enough. His ways are enough. Things may not go according to plan, but with Him they are always in good hands.

A Season of Alignment

It’s a season of alignment. Don’t be alarmed or anxious if you cannot see or feel the shift happening. God has put you in the right place and is moving circumstances, people and timing around where he has placed you. You may not be in a season of transition or movement, but the things around you are as God aligns the details surrounding where He has placed you.

Perseverance and Hope

“Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.” Romans 5:3-5

This is going to be a year where perseverance leads to sudden hope. Trials and tribulations will come, but hope will come quicker. It will seem like we’ve barely had time to endure a situation before hope comes. This is going to be the year hope marks us. We are going to be known as a people of infectious hope, because hope does not put us to shame.

Share with us some testimonies from last year! We love to hear what the Lord is doing and share them with other schools. We want to equip and encourage you all, and testimonies from schools like your is the best way to do that!
